Sorting and Packaging

Every variety of apples produced in our orchards are sorted by their color, diameter, weight in our packaging unit in our facility, , thanks to which same color and same weight is packaged in each pack and crate. Each product can be sorted in 10 different colors and sizes in the electronic and computer environment.



Thanks to the standardization, our products gained a consistent visual appeal across packs, increasing export opportunities. With our packaging system, we conform to the European Union standards, without compromising from quality and visual appeal. This eliminates the differences between the fruits that are visible and invisible from outside. 




The products delivered from our orchards to our facility are sorted in desired sizes as per our request of our customers, and accordingly fruits of same colors and sizes are shipped in same crates and packages. Eventually, this ensures standardization across the fruit crates and packs, and, in the near future, everyone will have to use these standards.
